Research Area: Information Technology with a focus on estimation methodology. -
Pallavi Das (XUPH17007):
Education Background: Master in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Sociology, UGC-Net qualified.
Industry Background: Worked at TISS, Mumbai and K.J.Somaiaya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. Total work experience more than five years.
Research Area: Strategy and General Management. Area of interest involves exploring dimensions of sustainable businesses. -
Upendra Nath Behera (XUPH17017):
Education Background: B.Tech. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur followed by PG Diploma in Management.
Industry Background: 34 years’ experience in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and handled varied responsibilities in the State (Odisha) and Central Government. Currently working as Chairman of Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC).
Research Area: Efficiency in electricity distribution systems by reducing technical and non-technical losses. -
Avipsa Mohanty (XUPH1602) :
Education Background: M.A., M.Phil (Economics) from the Central University, Hyderabad
Industry Background: She is a UGC-NET-JRF recipient. She is currently engaged with the Centre of Excellence in Fiscal Policy and Taxation(CEFT), a collaboration of the Government of Odisha and XIM University.
Research Area: She is broadly interested in resear Public Finance, application of Game theory in Public Finance, PPP Projects, Spending Review Mechanism and Governance. -
Bighnaraj Sahu (XUPH16003):
Education Background: PGDM (XIMB), CAIIB (IIBF), B.A. (Eco) (Utkal).
Industry Background: He has worked more than 20 years in banking industry. Now I am teaching in Utkal University as visiting faculty and also working as consultant to a manufacturing industry.
Research Area: His interest is in exploring the potential research areas in finances. -

Industry Background: He has 8 years of teaching experience in IT and Communicative English.
Research Area: His research area is Strategic Information System with special emphasis on ICT enabled University System. -
Jugal Kishore Mohapatra (XUPH16009):
Education Background: Post Graduate in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He also has a Master’s degree in Economics from Boston University.
Industry Background: He has held many senior positions in the State and Central Govt.in his 37 years of experience in IAS.
Research Area: Industrial Organization and Development Economics. -

Industry Background: He has 11 years of industry experience in companies like Infosys and General Electric predominantly into IT and Engineering.
Research Area: He is interested to undergo PhD in the area of finance with a focus to explore and contribute to research areas within IT & Market Risk Management. -

Industry Background: He has more than 20 years of Industry experience in various domains. He is currently working in a Global Technology Services and Consulting firm.
Research Area: He is having research interest in Operations Management specific to Supply Chain area. -

Industry Background: He has 20+ years of experience. Currently working in educational service sector as Sr. Manager. Has experience in core engineering sector for around 6+ years.
Research Area: His research area is Operation Management. -

Industry Background: He has 16 years of industry experience in banking and two years of experience in teaching. He is presently working with RBL Bank, Mumbai.

Industry Background: He has about 18 years of work experience. He started his career as a technology consultant in a large IT consulting firm of India. Then he changed his career to Finance after completing his MBA and worked for a large Bank in Canada for about 8 years. Currently he is back in India to pursue his passion in higher education and research.
Research Area: His research area is in different aspects of finance, specifically Derivatives, Accounting and Regulatory Risk Management. -

He has been associated with ADB, ICICI, Basix, XIMB, UNIDO, KVIC and Govt. of Odisha. He has been associated with major corporate houses like POSCO, Tata Steel, Tata Power, JSW, Vedanta, and NTPC for CSR activities and conducting Socio Economic studies. He carries varied experience in Government and Private sector as well.Presently he is associated with Asian development Bank (ADB) as National consultant to Government of Odisha in livelihood Development sector.
Research Area: He intends to carry out his research work in the field of Rural Management and Development sector, with specific domain area in Micro finance and Livelihoods.
