Xpressions Steering Committee (XSteC) in collaboration with the Student Executive Council, takes pride in organizing Xpressions, The Annual Management and Cultural Festival of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, one of the largest festivals of eastern India.
Xpressions is the annual management-cultural fest of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. It helps providing the budding artists a competing platform in diverse fields such as music, dance, theatre, fashion, photography, literature, fine arts, quizzing and debating. With captivating professional performances from prominent celebrities and other performers who speak to the spirit of zest and joy, Xpressions aims to facilitate a break and comfort from the demanding MBA life and to embrace fun and amusement.
This year we celebrated the 25th edition of Xpressions, the annual management-cultural fest organized by Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, from 13th-15th January 2023. It took place after a period of 3 years, with the last offline edition taking place in the year 2019. The event regained its grandeur, receiving footfall from a crowd of over 40,000 individuals across the three days. We hosted eminent personalities, including famous stand-up Karunesh Talwar, DJ Olly Esse and Zephyrtone of the Sunburn banner, and the renowned Bollywood Duo of Vishal-Sheykhar.
A total of 29 companies sponsored the fest which includes companies like IREDA, Evos, Khushi Realcon, Central Bank Of India, KTM, etc. A total of 36 business and cultural events were organized over three days across domains, and participants from 20+ institutes across India participated in these events, and a total of Rs.10,00,000 worth of prizes were distributed during these events. Some of these events were conducted offline, and the rest were organized online with the help of UNSTOP platform. It marks days of absolute ecstasy, providing the budding artists a competing platform in diverse fields such as music, dance, theatre, fashion, photography, literature, fine arts, quizzing and debating.
