The Student Literary Society, in association with the Student Alumni Committee, Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University, conducted the inaugural edition of XCERPTs—a new literary and alumni engagement series that brings XIM University alumni authors back to campus to share their stories, ideas, and works with the University community.
For its first edition, XCERPTs was honoured to welcome Mr. Richard Lobo (PGDM 1994–96), Chief People Officer, Tech Mahindra, for an engaging conversation around his book, “Human at Work“.
The session will be an open and thought-provoking dialogue—part conversation and part reading—exploring the evolving world of work, leadership, human potential, and what it takes to lead and grow in an era of unprecedented change.
